Making cocktails, pouring wines and keeping customers happy through out their stay with us. Working across departments if needed.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

So far i really enjoy and benefit from the course. Just struggle with refreshing my brain on maths.

They are there if needed and i probably should reach out to them a little more about the course but often busy.

Very quick on emails, always happy to help and give extra support.

I do, lots of people managing tips and models to draw upon in my job role now and in future.

There are celebrated timeline events such as anniversaries, beach bbq coming up but i do feel more could be done.

They are a kind people orientated company that give you support when you need it. The care starts from management and goes through to the customers on a daily basis with little details.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Homegrown Hotels?
Work hard and if you commit to the long haul i think it will benefit you.
