Building guest relationships, Checking in and checking out of hotel residents, Billing/ money management, Running and completing reports, Telephone call handling and making hotel/ restaurant reservations.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really find it useful in giving me ways to become a better leader, manager and coach.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Now in charge of completing more advanced, supervisor level reports. Also, with the help of my apprenticeship I am always taking things I've learnt and putting them into practice - such as coaching individuals and having the understanding of a variety of different learning styles.

It's great - each week we focus on something different, but each new topic always follows on nicely from the previous session.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Not as much as I would like if I'm 100% honest. I appreciate that they have put me foreard for the course, but I dont feel as though anyone checks in with me to see how I am getting on or if I need any further support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

He also offers advice on how I can better my assignments, ensuring he takes the time to go over anything I may find a little challenging.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I believe that it helps give me a greater understanding into why certain things are done and had allowed me to look at my job role from a bigger perspective; the importance of effective coaching, understanding different learning styles, what makes a good leader etc.
