Working on the restaurant floor supervising the junior members of the team as well as doing the breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy putting the theory behind some of the things which I may have already known through experience. It's nice to hear of other experiences of different people who work for the company but in different areas.

I've been developing my leadership styles in how to deal with the various needs of the team.

It's very well organised. We have lots of opportunities for extra support and help if we need it.

So far I haven't needed to get much support from my employer, but I'm sure if I needed some then they wouldn't hesitate.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive lots of support from my training provider, this may be in the form of monthly 1-2-1 catch ups or a quick email if there is something I am stuck on
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It gives me lots more theory and knowledge, but with practical examples because the provider has worked in hospitality. I am able to put bits of the theory in to practice easily in my day to day role
