I carry out SQL queries to support the MIMO team in the new creation of insights.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My programme has a mix of both learning through doing and academic learning. I get to experience best of both worlds which I am very thankful for.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes. I have learned SQL and python language. I have also analysed NatWest business process through my university degrees. Such as their marketing, their financial reports, etc

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured. I have a release day every monday for my university lectures. My managers also allows me to allocate time to work on my university assignments.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have monthly 1-1's with my manager where i can discuss any troubles i am having. Within the team i work with, there is always someone who is willing to support me if i am blocked.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have a university tutor who i catch-up with quarterly. He is also always available through teams if i have any immediate queries. Finally, my lectures are always open to questions during my live lectures and are too available through teams.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

All of my assignments are work based learning deliverables, therefore I research deeper into the processes such as SQL and Python which i use daily in work which helps me improve my skills in these processes.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are in my workplace but there are some as well at my university. I have joined the dance club and through doing so I have met other graduate apprentices.
