My role is a mix of PR, Comms and social media. I have a wide range of exposure to many different aspects of the business, senior members of the team and opportunities.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme a lot. However, study and working full time is difficult. Its a lot for a young adult to deal with and can be draining.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a endless amount of different skills. Loreal is constantly encouraging internal training and giving you the opportunity to learn so its a good environment to put yourself out there.

The programme isn't as well structured and organised as it could be. Sometimes this can make things confusing.

Ultimately the pros out weigh the cons. I feel like you can learn a lot from working at a company like loreal because of the vast exposure you will experience.
