Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
Optimising the NatWest sites or landing page experiences based on website visitor behaviour to help to improve the digital experience for users
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
Being a representative of the bank is very fulfilling, although some teams are not the most enjoyable to work with due to different expectations.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Lots of opportunities to learn new systems and software to develop those technical skills. Constantly learning on the role.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Planning on a sprint basis allows clarity and focus on what needs to be completed. Very few moments where you feel the work is too consuming.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
2/5
Room for improvement as connections are all online so unable to vocalise certain questions and concerns properly. Also, the intimidation of not having full knowledge.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
Communication from training provider outside of workshops is quite poor, as questions posed on discussion boards are often left unanswered.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
The qualification helps us with the theory of UX and helps our understanding of the role better.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
Very few opportunities.
