Working for Cummins has been a great experience, the company is invested in my development. I have amazing support from my team and I really enjoy my role. You are given considerable responsibility, even as an apprentice and I really enjoy my role and the variety within my work.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have really enjoyed my programme thus far. I am challenged and my team constantly look to involve me in aspects of work for my development. My CIPD course directly relates to my day to day role and I am able to apply what I have learnt within my role.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Adaptability, I have been pushed out of my comfort zone and have had the opportunity to work with team's, managers and employees globally.
