Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
- Interned in the Wholesale (CIB) Lending Group
- Produced a Guide on the Refund Process for Corporate Banking loans, integrated into
a wider Standard Operating Procedure (SOP); the project involved coordinating a team,
extracting the relevant information, standardizing the process and formalizing the document
- Analysed data included in monthly reports on the progress of key processes within the Bank
