Cash handling supervising staff on shift and dealing with all aspects of customer service.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy all aspect of the programme that's why I chose to do level 3 after completing level 2.

I feel its very well organised with regular contact and support from my tutor.

My managers at work are very supportive and help me with any questions I have.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My tutor keeps intouch with contact at leastvonce a month but always gets back to me if I have any questions in-between our regular contact.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me understand the world of hospitality more which I feel makes me a better manager for the staff and customers

Because its a great company who pay above minimum wage offer shares in the company and also encourage you to do courses like this to develop yourself with no charge and pay you whilst you are training.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to JD Wetherspoon?
It may seam daunting at first but if you stuck with it and ask questions soak in the training it can be a great company to work for.
