Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

overseeing training of staff and managers to improve on-time compliance.
assisting with recruitment, training and working with staff to complete training.
assisting pub to improve their processes .
supporting any of the 20 pubs in area.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

enjoyed most of the lecturers and the projects set.
some more organisation would have made the experience better

How well organised/structured is your programme?

not very,
felt things were left til last minute, people with RAPS didnt receive the info when they should have done.
one module was far too intense and had to work nto the night to complete project to present next day - on top of travelling that day too
How much support do you receive from your employer?

my mentor was good, but is a very busy person. not everyone in company understands or support the apprenticeship process as it takes you away from work (even though the learning you do on it is beneficial to the job)
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

my advisor Carrie was excellent.
some communication breaks with tutors affected learning
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

its been helpful, but in a very structured company it can be hard to make big changes
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
