Aston University support us with anything we need and work are really flexible to give us extra time off if required to study

My employer always support me with additional time off, mentors and want me to do well in the degree programme.

With my training provider we have 1-2-1 support sessions with our academic supervisors and skills supervisors who give us all the support we need to do well within the qualification.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Gives me the additional engineering knowledge, also working towards IEng through the course which gives me additional skills in the workplace.
