I think this apprenticeship is going really good and it's helping me to learn everythinf i need to progress in hospitality.
I'll never regret starting following this courses and i think when my level 3 is complete i willnstart doing the following levels.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I'm enjoying the apprenticeship because is helping me with my progression and is not based just about the job i'm doing, but is helping me improving my maths skills and my english skills.
I enjoy it also because i'm learning a lot about hospitality and everything i'm learning will help me with my future.

Yeah, i'm learning new skills about my job and maths and english courses helped me improving as well.
I really enjoy my apprenticeship because everything i need, or i wanna know i need just to ask and they help me with my progression and my learning. I really enjoy it.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is organised very well.
I love that i can follow courses online on my oortal and i have face to face visit as well.
I'm also in contact with my learning coach, so everything i need i have the answer straight away.
I like because i can follow the session in videocall and if i'm free i can follow on my portal online.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I always received a lot of support from my employer.
This programme is something the company is trying to promote for everyone, so i always had the support from my managers.
This apprenticeship is something about they belive, to help us growing in the company and try to improve our knowledges.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I always recived a lot of support.
My training provider always ask me if i was ready to do exams, they always helped me when i was following my courses, if i had something to ask or something i couldn't understand.
They always helped me with evrrything and i could trust them when they said to me that i was ready for my next step.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification helps me a lot in my role because i'm always learning about something i can see evrryday in my place of work.
The good thing is that is an apprenticeship, so everything you learn, you're sure you can see it at work and you're directly involved in the situation.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

No, there aren't activities yo get involved at my work.
Just meetings between managers or staff meeting.

Yes

Why?

I reccomend lifetime training to my friends because is an organisation where you can see the experience they have.
Lifetime training always helped me during my apprenticeship everytime i needed something.
They are well organised online and when you do face to face sessions or videocall sessions.
I really enjoyed it

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lifetime Training Group Limited?

To others applying for Lifetime Trining i could say to enjoy everything and every moment of the apprenticeship, don't be lazy but try to follow every courses and try to pay attention to everythinf because is a bug opportunity that they give to you and it will help you a lot with you career
