I work in hospitality , I’ve just been promoted to an assistant manager . My daily job role is to open the pub , do the banking , lead a shift confidently and handle every normal day issues within the pub
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme , at times it’s hard to fit studying in on top of my every day job role . But I’m time managing a lot more .

I’ve learnt through this apprenticeship, including ways to manage my team better , what kind of leader I am , roles and responsibilities amongst many other things
