I thoroughly enjoy my programme, and Cummins has supported my massively in gaining experience in the relevant fields and also exploring areas i was previously unaware of. This has given me the opportunity to be involved in projects, and charity events. They are very supportive and inclusive of employees who are part of the LGBTQ community, and ensure that everyone of every characteristic is treated fairly. This is very apparent across the organisation and has made my apprenticeship very worthwhile.

I have gained a lot of skills including understanding the structure and the way that the business functions on a day to day business- from finance to HR as well as the engineering aspect of the organisation.
