I had a manager but didn't always get the 1:1 time needed weekly to catch up. Most of my team were based in another region, so at times a 2 person team could feel like a challenge. The best way to approach it was to be proactive and be hands on. The overall intern group offered a lot of support and it was a great opportunity to network and make friends.

The company culture is great, there is a big sense of team work. Everyone has a very humble and hardworking attitude and there are some incredible people to learn from. It's hard to comment on the social side as we were WFH throughout this period. But the OC team made a conscious effort to put on as many virtual events as possible which was really appreciated.

This internship really helped me get my foot through the door and gave me a great opportunity to network. It allowed me to discover much more on the product side of the business and helped me realise what I would like to do long term. So in that sense it was very helpful.
