Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Everyday was different, some days I would follow up on the tasks from the day before such as keeping up with new trends and reporting them whilst thinking of ideas to expand on them, others I would be asked to translate videos and write the subtitles, or take calls for organisational purposes for the matches.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes I was! I was treated as if I were experienced and sometimes felt like I had authority to make certain decisions.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I have learned how to report tasks such as working on metric obsessives , KPIs and results whilst interpreting data. I learnt how to be pro-active and work for the team than solely for myself and the sake of getting the job done. Once done with my task I would ask others wether they needed assistance.

A lot! I always had two three mentors I could reach out to! We also had daily catchups and checkins!
