Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
I design wireframes and mock up screens of how potential screens and changes will look like. I also attend team sprint meetings to understand what is needed and what is going on in the team.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I enjoy my programme a lot because I appreciate my team for helping me wherever possible and answering my questions and understanding that this was my first job out of sixth form and I am balancing university.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learnt how to prototype, as well as learning how to use new tools such as sketch, protopie and abstract.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The structure of the programme has increased a lot and it is of better quality. The organisation has taken a lot more responsibility to ensure we get the training we need.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
My employer is always considerate I am studying so always pushing me to do my best and get the highest marks possible.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
I believe the training provider could better their support as I believe we do not get enough communication with them but they do have catch ups with us every 10 weeks to fill in a document and ask some questions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Depending on the module sometimes the stuff we learn directly correlates with the work I am doing however sometimes I believe what we learn is to help us operate better in general within organisations.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
