My role involves preparing food for the days service and for the next few days, cooking food for customers as per their order and requirements, maintaining a clean kitchen and making sure that the kitchen is kept clean to high standard

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to act as a supervisor when the head chef or second chef is off work. I have learnt how to complete the daily Paperwork. I have also learned how to complete and submit food orders
