Very well organised both within my company and with the university directly. Meetings with supervisors have been well structured and valuable. Resources available through the University have also been well utilised

Manager has been fantastic throughout providing guidance and support when working through the various modules.

Great support from the university throughout. Positive shift towards remote (due to Covid) to enable the course to continue effectively and ongoing hybrid support where needed to do remote and on-site.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have continued to put the theory learnt throughout the course into how I operate in my role so this has been very useful. Equally of course not all theory lands itself well in practical scenarios so it is the combination of balancing out these that offers the best outcome.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Number of extra social opportunities exist, including sports club at our site. Events are regularly arranged and we do a regular volunteering day each year.
