I support the PWS to live ordinary lives, I lead and support others in a team, I complete supervisions and i am in charge of the efficient running of the home.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

When i first started i didn't complete work on time and i did ask for support and for extra time due to COVID-19 and this was denied, i then was struggling until [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] was assigned to me, She then really motivated me to complete the course.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt more about legislations and how to work in a more person centred way, offering choice and promoting more independence

At first not very good, but [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] was assigned and made this more of a pleasurable experience, and action plan was put in pace and weekly visits were implemented to support me to finish the course

I was supported to complete training and on-going development, i was given time to complete visits
