Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
2/5
My role is a relationship manager and this means that I help businesses with their finances and make their job much easier. I help them save money when it comes to banking choices.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
2/5
It's okay. I'm struggling to learn part of the job but i know that will come. It's also been a slow start which has been difficult. I'm sure it will get better

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
2/5
i have learnt to work as part of a team and take on other peoples work and have developed my communication skills by talking with customers.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
Not very well. There are no steps to my on the job learning and there needs to be. I'm doing little jobs but when i'm asked to do something, i can't. The college is awful, they don't teach very well and rush through everything. The college also need a better structure/plan
How much support do you receive from your employer?
2/5
A lot but because there is no structure i don't feel like i'm progressing
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
1/5
none. They aren't very good at all and i feel very excluded from the programme.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
1/5
initially it really helped. It helped me learn the basics of banking, however, now it is causing me stress because i don't understand any of it.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
Not massively. People from my team try and get together but it never happens.
