Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders daily. Delivering on targets. Maintaining standards across the business
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
2/5
The role it’s self is great, the programme however is lacking. There is little cohesion between internal apprenticeship team and BPP. Internal apprentice team can be difficult to contact.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Credit management, built CRM and stakeholder management skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
One size fits all programme, not tailored to the individual.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
Support and training in role is second to non, management team are always on hand to support and answer any questions. Expectations are clear. Internal apprentice team support is lacking.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
Very little support in terms of qualification. One meeting every six weeks with a coach, that feels like a tick box exercise for them. Generally good at responding to emails.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
The qualification will help performance in a (currently) minor but area of the role growing, as it provides a base/whole of market level of knowledge
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
There are often networking events, social events with your team, and plenty of groups to join for all interests.
