Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Dealing with post and utilities for the department, covering for property managers that are off. Handling queries from Landlords and Tenants and making sure records are kept up to date.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the company thus far. I have not decided for definite whether it is the field that I will continue to pursue a career in, however I guess this is more down to my youth.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have developed greatly during my time working for the company. I have developed my professional skills while advancing my own personal qualities. I have grown in confidence as I have grown in to my role.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
1/5
In terms of organisation from my company side, then it has been very organised. however, in regards to my programme of studying then it has been very unprofessional and a lack of structure and planning has led to many mistakes when learning.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive a lot of support from my employer. My manangers and colleagues assist me with every and any issue that I may have to deal with.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
1/5
Like previously mentioned, it has been unorganised and the studying process has become one which fails to motivate me anymore. I receive support from my new teacher, however it does not account for the issues which have surfaced.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I feel that the qualification helps dealing with the administrative parts of my work - which you can get a lot of. It helps with dealing with things in an efficient manner.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes, there are a plethora of activities to attend in this company - almost one every day!

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Savills to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I would recommend the company as I feel it is in the best in the industry.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Savills?
Make sure that you can see yourself doing the role you are applying for. Probably the best advice is to research as much as possible when it comes to the interview/application process.
