To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
It allowed me to learn a lot of skills on the Job. Alongside this, I've managed to gain a strong network whilst gaining the experience.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes - Microsoft Skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Access) . These can be used to derive metrics from large raw data sets and to automate systems.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
The course is very independent meaning organisation and structure is governed by yourself. There is an initial introduction and overview but you are left to push yourself.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
My manager/Hr team and mentors have all been excellent in helping build my career and knowledge set.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
You are provided with a tutor who helps you understand what needs to be done and by when. They are also supportive in reviewing the work you've done and ensuring its to a good standard.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
The qualification I study for has very little correlation to the current role I'm in however can Aid me in the future.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
My employer has an Analyst and Associates Programme which apprentices can also be involved in. They host ad-hoc events which are enjoyable.
