Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work to build and deliver prompts campaigns, which are displayed as messages on the NatWest, RBS and UBN mobile banking app and online banking page. My daily tasks can include reviewing and analyzing campaign performance, copywriting messages, attending Zoom calls etc.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme strongly. The work I do is engaging, my team is nice and fun and the overall role exceeds my expectation.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my skillset by learning how to effectively and efficiently utilize software's necessary for my role (Excel, Word etc), gaining confidence and experience in speaking and communicating to colleagues, stakeholders etc and building my knowledge of overall, professional manner and conduct.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I would consider my programme very structured - My line manager ensures that I am fully-equipped with the resources and knowledge needed to complete any assigned tasks, I have undertaken thorough training for various aspects of my role, as well as attending regular meetings with managers, coaches, mentors etc.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I recieve more than enough support from my employer to both fulfil my workplace duties to the best of my abilities and dedicate enough time and effort to my apprenticeship training.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I am provided with adequate support my training provider to allow me to work towards my qualifications
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My module content for my degree training can be very applicable and relevant to my job role and helps me perform better
