Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Deliver successful customer and business outcomes by processing, authorising and investigating all transactions. Update cases accurately and in a timely manner. Investigate and analyse queries accurately and raise with the relevant internal and external parties, escalating where appropriate. Maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy, learning a new job completely. And have gained job satisfaction.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Analyse a transaction(s) and determine whether it is likely to be fraud or not. Identify different types of fraud and how that type of fraud happens. Customer service skills, through a telephony job. I have improved on my resilience. . I have been trained in three different processes.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The start was a little bumpy, now the course has started and there is structure and a learning plan it runs very smoothly and I have a lot of support.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A great deal of support. In particular my manager who goes out of her way to help me. I feel she goes above and beyond.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They are quick to respond to emails, and have regular check ins to see how you are getting on. I feel very supported and I do not feel overwhelmed or alone as someone is always at the end of the phone.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

As just started I feel I do not qualify to answer this question as I am just briefly into the materials. However from reading through the contents I can see all the areas that are covered and feel I will put them to practice.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There is always events, coffee mornings, days out, meetings, social clubs. There is such a variety to chose from.

Why?
First of all in my whole working life I have never had a manager as great as I currently do now. I feel very supported in my role and Natwest have been very accommodating to my personal needs.

Be yourself. Find out and research what the companies purpose and values are. Take the opportunities handed to you.
