Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
Managing a team of Telecoms Programme Managers deliver a broard spectrum of Projects and Programmes.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
Reasonably well. There's a lot of learning and a lot work to do, but it's rewarding.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes, I've developed my listening and questionning skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Reasonably well structured. I feel like we are being taught a lot of information over a limited number of engagements and there is an emphasis on a lot of personal learning, which many people may not be able to afford to give.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Sufficient to undertake and complete the programme.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
Sufficient although I think the amount of work is too much and feel that this could be reduced.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Somewhat. I am aware of my enhanced listening and questionning skills. I was already a reasonably experienced mentor and I now understand the different skills set to be a good coach (with 30+ hours experience) however, there is still so much of the programme remaining before it's complete.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Yes, social activities.
