Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?
Went through 3 or 4 skills coaches as they all kept leaving and 1 ended up staying who was actually very supportive.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
Work was aligned to help my course progress and ability
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
By the end it was more of a focus on how to get the best grade possible in the quickest amount of time rather than actually learning and training - due to the skills coaches leaving constantly and zero hands-on training/workshops.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
All my digital marketing knowledge and experience that is applicable to the real world was gained on-the-job at work and working with digital marketing agencies.
Not a knock on my employer at all, super supportive and great role - Babington were at fault here.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Why?
Good management and they are good at keeping people on and upskilling and usually let you move around the company depending on which paths you want to take.
