Working on the remediation team at HSBC - investigating and resolving customer issues using SAS & SQL to data mine and identify impacted accounts.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have been enjoying the programme although I wish there was more hands-on work as opposed to just theory work

There is a lot of support available from QA, Northumbria and my tutor whilst completing the programme
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

As it has been heavy into theory there has not been a great deal of training that would help me in my current role, however I expect it will be more useful as I progress in my career.
