I am Network Manager for Colchester&Ipswich local market. I am looking after HSBC branches based in the market. My role is to manage my team and to create working environment for my team and to support them to give a great customer service experience.

Brilliant. All organized in advance;I know what are my timescales and if I can not meet them I can reschedule. The programme is very flexible.

I do get my hours to complete my learning and my line manager supports me with this learning too.

My trainer is very opned and flexible; available to contact all the time; we have set up Zoom meetings when no understanding or more explanation needed.
