I utterly adore this programme. It has changed how I go about my daily life just by offering many more opportunities and skills than I had first imagined

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a vast amount since joining here. Within 6 months I am starting to feel confident I can start to perform at top levels and work towards excelling. These skills include, presenting, public speaking, confidence, patience and many more

Cityfibre is very structured but also very flexible. Meaning that you get to know everyone around you on a personal level and you feel comfortable to reach out to each and every one of them
How much support do you receive from your employer?

CityFibre has shown me nothing but support since I have joined. Everybody has their ups and downs however CityFibre take it upon themselves to help me succeed and strive for excellence
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My tutor at multiverse is absolutely amazing. He has helped me along every step of the way along with my line manager at CityFibre. Everyone around me has guided me to success and ultimately has made me enjoy my time here.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification through multiverse is essential in helping me succeed in my role. I am still brand new to many things within this role and multiverse is pushing me in the right direction of being comfortable enough to use these softwares/ practices that I am still new to

There are a few activities people can take part in all over the country. As we have many offices in many cities all producing there own activities and events

This is an absolutely amazing place to work. They have changed my life completely and I will always be in debt to CityFibre for how they treat me and how they treat every single person within the company

Do it! You won't look back. CityFibre offer amazing opportunities over a wide range of roles/ sectors within the company and I am sure you will absolutely love it no matter what you are doing!
