Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
Describing and reviewing material that is going to court, organising mailboxes, reviewing interview transcripts, creating unused material schedules, having regular team meetings.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I think working for The FCA is great, everyone is supportive and wants you to do well. I have found that BPP the training provider isn't as great, that has been a struggle.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I came into the job with no earlier experience so I have learnt new skills from the whole role.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
From The FCA side, is very organised and the structure is brilliant. However BPP is not so great, they are very unorganised and the structure is not great.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Lots of support, anything I need I can speak to my manager and they always find a solution. They are very open and honest regarding everything and there is not anything that I feel I wouldn't be able to bring up with them.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
Not a lot to be honest, if I ever have meetings etc it always comes from my part. They are quite unorganised and are not very helpful.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
It gives us a lot of information to learn regarding the law career which definitely gives us an insight into the development into our role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes there are lots of activities the FCA holds that we can be involved in.
