Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As a 2nd year apprentice I have rotational placements around the company. This allows us to see more of what goes on within the company and experience most areas. Upon my 3rd year I will get to choose one of these placements to do the remainder of my time here.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy working with new people and learning more about the work I am doing, the hardest part is finding a work/uni/life balance, but this comes and goes at the moment with uni being in high swing.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

yes, I have developed skills within each placement which would allow an easy integration if I chose to do said placement for 3rd and 4th year.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I'd say it is pretty good, there was a mix up with placements for my year group, so the last placement I get is only for two weeks when I believe they are to be 3.5 months long, the reason for this is I am moving into 3rd year
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I recieve a good amount, if I am struggling with personal issues or just university, the apprentice manager team can help me out
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Assuming you mean the uni I work with: I recieve a good level of support, just the other day I had trouble with a question and my lecturer called me to make sure I understood. I believe if you reach out then they are willing to set time aside for you.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I would say that thus far with the 1st and 2nd year studies, they haven't really allowed me to perform better in my role at work. In 3rd and 4th year the university courses become more tailored to your role, so hopefully this changes things.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

there are some, I would say I haven't really looked for clubs. But I have heard of some gatherings for sports after work, or STEM enrichment activites provided by the apprentice scheme.
