Commercial Intern- LUXE Division Review

I completed daily one-on-one calls with my line manager and then sat on team calls/ meetings. I also worked on product forms, promo packages, online visibility trackers, and sales trackers daily. There were also projects I took part it, namely retail strategy work that was furthered discussed with the larger team.
The role allows you to work on daily tasks and take part in different projects around the division.

Yes I was given a lot of responsibility over my work. As well, I was allowed to add my own additions on projects and shared those with my team.

I’ve learned how to manage my time and work on several projects at once. I also learned technical excel skills as the role involves a lot of data synthesis and analysis work.
Overall, the role taught me how to community effectively and how to implement constructive criticism positively.

Although my internship was online due to Covid-19, I received a lot of support and guidance. I was guided to take initiative over my own work and take on extra responsibilities.
My manger and team was very helpful throughout my entire internship.

Everyone was really kind and supportive. I loved working with L’Oréal and my team!

I really enjoyed my experience and learned a lot of soft skills that I can apply to my future opportunities. As well, I was able to network with industry professionals and gain insight from them.
