variety of testing carried out on different units and sub assemblies. Filling out the relevant test certifications as well as fault finding
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy every aspect of my job. Co-workers are friendly and helpful with teaching me, Other members of the company are always kind and polite, management is helpful, exceeded my expectations

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Co-operation has developed as well as the baseline technical skills i had previously. I have learnt better time management and how to use different testing software and equipment

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Things are usually very organised at work but the same cannot be said for college. At work we are given plenty of notice for meetings and/or events, If something isnt quite right it is resolved asap. Management system works well
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Leonardo offers a wide variety of support, whether is be from an educational standpoint or personal. apprentice training officer will give support and refer you to anybody that may be able to help example HR, SHE
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

College hasnt always been reliable when it comes to support, some lecturers dont have the right attitude and dont always provide the necessary support towards achieving the qualifications
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

supplies me with the essential knowledge and information that i need to do my job, for example electronics at college has helped with using and reading oscilloscopes as well as various other tasks
