To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I do enjoy it. I like working with right people around me. I also like the rotations around the company so we get to know more interesting people.

I'm not sure as my induction and trainings have been online for past 2 years and just now it slowly changes to face to face.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I would say as much as it is needed. However, in some cases the company itself should be aware that Apprentices are just learning.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I think I receive a lot of support when it comes to my training and my SVQ as well as to college work.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like I know more about the industry and knowledge gained in college defintely helps to understand day to day tasks but I sometimes it's not all about the skills and qualifications but also about the experience which as an apprentice you get sometimes more and sometimes less.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
