warehouse work. Picking, packing, handling goods, accepting deliveries, sending out parts, This all includes the computer side of things too.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my work alot, i have fun at work which is the most important thing. Work is always there, I'm not having to wait around for things to do.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, manual handling, different ways to pack, how to pick parts, the proccesses of accepting and sending out deliveries. Furthered my knowledge on the computer side of things.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Leonardo has always been on top of how each programme is run. They have structured them amazingly and i cannot think of another way to have planned my programme out.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I get tonnes of support from my employer and everyone around. No one wants me to be confused at what i have to do. They always make time for me even if they are very busy which i really appreciate
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

College has given me all the support i need. They have always got time for myself to answers any problems i may be facing with not only for the college work but how i am being treated.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

College has helped me grow throughout my programme. They give me a boost in my knowledge in which i am able to put into practice at work

There are many activities to get involved in, and they are always advertised to everyone in the business.

Why?
Leonardo is such a welcoming business. They will always have time for you and will listen to you. The people around you are always caring and at my time being here i havent come across one bad person.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Leonardo?
Dont be scared. Ask as much as you want (your not going to be a pain). Be yourself at work.
