Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
Running the restaurant. Managing staff and systems. Being responsible for speed of service and customer satisfaction.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I really enjoy my programme.
It is ridiculously hard to manage whilst working full time but I hope it will be worth it in the end.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
2/5
No

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
It is very well organised and structured. My personal tutor is absolutely amazing and supports me so well.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
1/5
I have started receiving more support now I have completed one year. But there is still the mentality that work is more important and if the degree stuff falls behind that is fine. They agreed for me to do it so it would be great to have more support on how big a task this is and how much it does distract from my normal job role and responsibilities.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I have received good support and recommendations. Really responsive to emails.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Currently I am not seeing any difference. I am hoping the later modules help me more.
Things such as marketing are interesting but not something I would ever have a direct impact on as I do not work for head office.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
No.
