I've been participating in an eMBA apprenticeship which has allowed me to take a deep dive into strategy, business planning, sustainability, effective leadership, and the future of work. The skills and knowledge learnt are brought back and utilised in my role

Apprentices in AstraZeneca have formed a group to help navigate the course. Course administration on the providers part has improved since the course started

Support from the provider is at a basic level. It's very much a self-serve course; check-in's feel some what of a box-tick

Undoubtedly I am much better qualified to be a leader in my organisation having been on this course. I am much more familiar with the big issues in business and have developed competencies and understanding that allow me to have a bigger impact on the organisation
