Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am a quality engineer, so I plan/prep for testing of a system/application/software and then conduct the testing. Ensuring quality across the the new product before it is implemented to customers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have thoroughly enjoyed my programme. The years have flown by, it almost felt like I wasn't even at Uni. This is because on the programme you receive a lot of support which you otherwise would not if you were regular student.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt soo many new skills! Project Management related and Quality assurance related.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very organised, we had clear escalations points within Uni and also at work too.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

It usually your line manager which is your main point of support and if you have a good line manager (I always did) then you feel very supported at work.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots!! At uni you will have your employer tutor which is your personal tutor to go to with all your questions and queries. They also will work with your employer where need be.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It is has been really good to understand my role and the impact it has at a greater level.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, we have charity days and there are networks which colleagues can join and get involved in.
