Many new skills in the field of coaching on my coaching apprenticeship from the way the coaching journey works to many new models and ideas.

Very well structured. A great website and very supportive and contactable support.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer supported my application, ensured i had time and was flexible to ensure i could put my learning to good use.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

As much as I need. My assessor is always available via emails and i have their number during business hours. All my assessments are marked within a week and the feedback and review meetings are productive and timely.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

A key part of my role is development, training and coaching large teams of individuals to success and the coaching apprenticeship I am undertaking really helps me with that.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are, my employer is very supportive and many of my team mates organise and run events.
