I am responsible for the general operations of the pub, ensuring all company policies and procedures and in place and adhered to, as well as all legislations relating to the business.

Online there is structure. With my trainer it is hit and miss. The project has very little structure and seems like it could be much more valuable.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I currently receive very little support hut only because I have not asked for it. I have been made aware of who I need to contact and how should I require this.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

This support is minimal. My trainer seems to waffle a lot and provide no real substance to their inputm

I feel the methods and theories I have learnt have allowed me to view my role from a different perspective. I am able to use these to support me in my job.
