The university has been poor at times and whilst I have learned a lot, the support from the academic teams and the student support could have been better.

Good support from HR teams and line manager.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

As mentioned, support has been poor at times. Student services take a week to respond to emails.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am already putting all of my learnings in to practice on a daily basis. I know so much more about business sustainability, change, ethics, business modelling... too much to even share.
