Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Shift manager- responsible for the day to day running of the pub and shifts. Helping to train staff and coming up with new ideas to bring in more business. Helping with stock count and stock control. Helping with staff Ming issues (disciplinary and investigations) or sickness and rotas.

I have understood skills better but I wouldn’t say I have developed any or learnt any new ones

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I wouldn’t say it is entirely well organised. The trainer keeps in touch and sends emails out for what I need to do but I find it very difficult to follow the different websites and undetand entirely what I need to do!
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have help from my manager when I need or ask for it

My trainer does a lot to help me through the questions and assessments when I have meetings with her
