Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
emails, meetings, study and practice tasks
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I really like the work but feel like a bit of a spare part sometimes. Would be better if there was more to do.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
learnt how to present and use sketch

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
1/5
my program conducted by QA is terrible and very badly organised
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
A lot
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
1/5
I in theory receive a lot of support but actually dont. No one really know what is going on or is aviliable when you need them (the tutors)
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
1/5
I don't think that it will. I think the provider is bad and the teaching quality is poor. I think that actually being given work and more responsibility by my employer would be much better.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
Yes there are socials. I have tired to join employee led networks but it isnt very hands on.
