In terms of NatWest, the onboarding was very smooth, the support from my line manager is excellent and we feel that there is significant support in the higher levels of management and across the company to provide me with the highest quality experience that they can.

A lot, from all levels of the company

QA have tried to be supportive and help where they can, especially with my skills coach, but I've often found due to inconsistency, that the academic support can sometimes be lacking
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Unsure yet, as this is the foundation year and I have just been building on things I learnt in my GCSEs and in my own learning
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There are lots of networks at work, which I am available to be a part of and many social events which bring the entire company together. There is a tremendous social aspect of work, and I'm always thoroughly encouraged to partake in these events.
