Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day to day basis I attend scrums, and meetings that include 1-1's. I spend the days working on the work I get given and work from home. I do code in javascript and help raise and complete documentation within my team.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme as everyone is really helpful and are willing to help and answer any question you have.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've learnt many new skills ranging from technical skills to personal skills and have developed as a whole. I have been learning how to code in javascript and react and have learnt how to stop start bank services.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very well structured, we constantly have emails from the apprentice team giving us opportunities that we can take part in. We also have designated days to attend our university workshops.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

As said previously, my employer is very helpful.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support I receive is very good. The team at QA alongside my skills coach is very helpful
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think the qualifications are helping me massively in my role as alot of the stuff I do in university can be applied in my day to day job
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
