Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I am currently part of an automation team. Learning about development cycle, automations, agile and DevOps.
I am part of the team working on writing automation scripts using UiPath. Writing codes using UiPath Studio, testing, building test cases.
I join DevOps team as well to learn more about DevOps and I am about to start working on a project within DevOps team as well.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I enjoy the programme so far. The apprenticeship training are intense but well structure and useful.
The work itself started a bit slow but it is picking up the pace right now which I enjoy as well.

Skills Development

4/5
I have learned a lot IT/technology skills. Prior to the apprenticeship I had zero knowledge when it comes to IT. I was not familiar with most of the terminology. I was able to learn the terminology, learn about development, automation, Agile and Devops. I learn a little about testing as well.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
I would say the training/learning part is well organized.
Although I think the organization of work itself within a team could be improved with clearly set expectations and plans in place (for each team member).

The support at NatWest is really good. Everyone is really helpful and open to help.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I believe that the qualifications I will gain at the end of this programme will help me to fast start my career in IT/Technology.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
