Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
I felt like I was just repeating it all again which felt like I was wasting my time.
But for anyone who hasn't done anything in retail or business, this course would really be helpful for them.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
The only extra work you can do would be the talking shop role, where you deal with any personal issues and raise new ideas with the manager or AM from the staff. This role could be helpful in developing my skulls with dealing with personal issues with my team.
