I feel it's been beneficial towards my role and I've enjoyed learning different things.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think it's been really organised, I like the platform to get the information from. I do prefer the new set up where the 3 platforms are incorporated into 1 and I think this would have been better for me, but I'm still on the old system
How much support do you receive from your employer?

It's a bit hit and miss. I schedule time in, but the workload for my normal job is so overwhelming it tends to take over my scheduled apprenticeship time.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support from my tutor Sarah Smith has been amazing. She is really understanding if I struggle to get things finished on time and provides me with top tips wherever needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It's really will benefit me in my position and anything future if I decide to continue in Human Resources.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes. There's a lot of meetings, courses, both specific to the job role and business I work in, and the apprenticeship I completed.
